GB5099 standard seamless gas cylinder are manufactured adopting piercing and deep drawing method by billet.

The raw material including 34Mn2V, 30CrMo, 34CrMo4, it can be filled with H2, O2, CO2, CO, Ar, He, etc. The outside diameter from 204mm to 279mm, the water capacity from 2L to 80L, the main common used type are 219(outside diameter)-5.7mm(wallthickness)-40L(water capacity)-15Mpa(working pressure),232mm-5.0mm-46.7L-15Mpa, 232mm-5.0mm-50L-15Mpa.

The main manufacturing process is: Steel billet-cutting-heating-piercing-deepdrawing-cutting-spinning-heat treatment-external shot blasting-UT hardness testing-threading-hydro testing-stamping-internal blasting-painting-airproof testing-packaging.
