Steps of Operating for Helium Gas Cylinders:
-1).Open the box and check whether the air nozzle is loose. 
-2).Valve rotates about 45 degrees counterclockwise. 
-3).Put the vent on the balloon. 
-4).slowly pry up the front of the black gas nozzle for inflating, remember not to lift too hard. 
-5).After filling the air, get the balloons out and tie it with colored ribbons. 
-6).Close the valve clockwise after completion and store in a cool and dry place.
