High Pressure Paintball Aluminum Alloy Cylinders:
Aluminum alloy 6061 material is adopted for seamless extrusion forming, with a service life of 20 years,outer diameter of 61mm,wall thickness of more than 6.2mm, working pressure of 30MPA, test pressure of 45MPA, measured blasting pressure >80MPA, and the actual test of 12000 times of 45MPA pressure cycle without deformation.

The manufacturing process includes stamping.stretching. heat treatment,CNC casting and spin-ning,internal surface treatment, etc. The wall thick-ness is uniform and there is almost no difference.The shape of the shoulder and base has high accura-cy and consistency.
-2).Aluminum Bottles Have Good Solubility
Aluminum activity is high, the alum flowerformed by agglomeration in the water body is large,the sedimentation is fast, and the purification capac-ity is 2 to 3 times greater than other inorganic floc-culants. Strong adaptability , less affected by waterpH and temperature.
-3).The Strength of Aluminum Bottles is Relatively High
Aluminum bottles are close to or better thanhigh-quality steel,with good plasticity,and can beprocessed into various profiles with excellent elec-trical and thermal conductivity. lt has a large molec-ular structure,strong adsorption capacity,lowdosage and low processing cost. Low corrosion andeasy operation.
